Contemporary Bathroom Remodel in Uptown Dallas

Homeowner Desired Outcome

The clients in this Uptown Dallas home wanted to renovate their master bathroom and guest bathroom to match the modern aesthetic of the rest of the home. In addition to modern finishes, they wanted a large soaking tub added to their master bathroom.

Our Creative Solution

Blackline Renovations’ creative solution started with enclosing a portion of the upstairs hallway to enlarge the guest bathroom. The newly reconfigured space allowed for a large walk-in shower, custom vanity and hidden toilet area.

We expanded the master bathroom into the existing master closet which gave us enough square footage to reconfigure the master bathroom and include a dual vanity cabinet, large soaking tub, stand-alone steam shower, and a separate toilet room. We also reconfigured the new closet so that the homeowner was able to maximize the use of the remaining space.

Large format tile was designed in each bathroom along with linear accents and chrome finishes to complete the modern look. The Dekton Solid Surface Quartz countertop material in the master bathroom was replicated in the wainscot detail, tub deck and tub apron. Last but not least, frameless shower glass on both showers make both bathrooms feel even more spacious.
