Homeowner Desired Outcome

This home in Bellbrook Estates was lovingly built by the homeowners from the ground up. While they still enjoyed the layout of their master bathroom, they no longer needed a bathtub. They wanted to install a more functional shower that could be used for years to come. The clients were also looking to update finishes with a more modern design while still keeping the look and feel cohesive with the rest of the home.

Our Creative Solution

The removal of the tub gave way for the installation of a large curbless glass-enclosed shower for easy accessibility. The old vanity was removed and replaced with a new one in a similar configuration but with full overlay cabinets, beautiful marble countertops, and brushed brass faucets and hardware. A convenient bench seat was added where the tub used to be, complete with storage underneath. A neutral color tile was selected for the bathroom floor but was installed in a herringbone pattern to create more visual interest.
