Blackline Renovations worked on a Preston Hollow second-story addition in which the homeowner’s one-story home needed to undergo a major renovation. This was to maximize the large lot and create the home they desired. The complete remodel turned the initial 1,900-square-foot home into a two-story 3,700-square-foot home with new rooms like a playroom, study, living room, kitchen with a butler’s pantry, covered front and rear porch, and an attached garage.”
