University Park Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel With a Modern Touch

The original kitchen in this University Park home lacked many of the features and functionality this family desired. As avid football fans, they were looking for the ultimate eating and entertainment space to host family and friends during football season.

OUR CREATIVE SOLUTION

The first step for this renovation was to remove an existing peninsula that immediately opened up room to build a stunning custom dining island. This beautiful new wood-topped island is not only perfect for weeknight dinners but is also the ideal gathering spot for game-watching, complete with a beverage refrigerator.

An obtrusive vent hood was removed, and a new bespoke built-in vent hood cabinet was installed above a new Wolf range. The modern galley farmhouse-style kitchen now includes reclaimed wood floating shelves with downlights, aged steel Restoration Hardware 20th-Century Library Wall articulating wall sconces and beautiful marble countertops.
