Homeowner Desired Outcome

The original kitchen of this home was closed off from the main living room and had a low ceiling that made the space feel even smaller. Additionally, the cabinets, flooring, lighting, and appliances were either outdated or not working correctly. This project called for a complete gut job!

OUR CREATIVE SOLUTION

While the homeowner was utterly overwhelmed at the beginning of the process, Blackline was able to calm their concerns and walk them through our proven design-build process from start to finish.

Once interior walls were torn down, a large bank of white shaker cabinets was installed, along with updated KitchenAid stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink. A new large center island seats four and is topped with ‘Summit Windermere’ Cambria Quartz.

Blackline installed a custom hutch with glass cabinet doors and plenty of extra storage, while a new convenient built-in desk is perfect for paying bills or doing homework.

This Lake Highland family couldn’t be more thrilled to now have a bright open kitchen that fits their family’s needs exactly.
