This 1965 ranch-style home was ready for a modern makeover. Our clients envisioned an open, airy space with a more functional flow. Their whole house renovation included a complete primary bathroom overhaul and updates to three other bathrooms. To add more space, they explored converting their garage, incorporating a new office and an office bathroom into the design.

Our Creative Solution

The primary bathroom was completely redesigned, offering a fresh look and increased storage.

The custom vanity features the elegant Marshall 5-piece door style in sleek satin Tricorn Black. The Nero Marquina Marble countertop serves as the bathroom’s centerpiece, complemented by honey bronze accent pulls, faucets, towel holders, and sconces, creating a refined aesthetic.

The black-and-white shower, surrounded by polished pearl-white 4″ x 12″ Elon Picket tile, showcases a dramatic black tile floor and ceiling. It includes a functional seat and honey bronze dual shower heads for a luxurious touch.

A deep soaking tub completes this primary bathroom remodel, offering relaxation and a spa-like experience.

The powder bath received a modern makeover featuring a Calacatta Viola Marble floating vanity, a gold-plated wall-mounted faucet, and whimsical palm tree wallpaper. The floor is laid with chic Basalto Scuro stone mosaic tile in deep charcoal gray, adding a sophisticated touch.

The 2nd bathroom features a custom vanity in the Ridgecrest 5-Door style. The satin finish in Stormcloud complements the Calacatta Manhattan marble countertop and polished nickel fixtures by Top Knobs.

The floor is designed with Penny Rounds Gloss tile in Taupe, creating a subtle yet graceful look that ties the room together seamlessly. The shower/tub combo, tiled with Dakota 2″ x 8-1/2″ tiles by Sonoma, includes a deep niche for practical storage, making the bathroom both stylish and functional.

The 3rd bathroom features a custom vanity in the Ridgecrest 5-piece door style, finished in satin Tricorn black and topped with an Explosion Quartzite countertop. The sleek black matte faucet and towel holder are complemented by honey bronze pulls.

The centerpiece is the alcove shower, with an accent wall of Prado tile from the Mirazur collection by Sonoma Tilemakers. The shower floor and ceiling feature Elysium Stoneglass XL Glass Mosaic in Gainsboro, while the remaining walls are clad in Sonoma Tile Mirazur’s Andalucia tiles. This intricate tile work creates a stunning and visually captivating walk-in shower.

The office bathroom remodel begins with a custom vanity, crafted in the elegant Ridgecrest 5-Piece Style and finished in rich Walnut with a sophisticated Plain Sawn stain. The Ocean waves quartz countertop and backsplash, by Texas CounterFitters, adding a touch of natural beauty.

Brass and glass sconces add to the space’s unique character and provide a delightful and unexpected touch of glamor. The floor is adorned with Retro Active Royal Navy tiles, meticulously arranged in a striking Herringbone pattern, offering a bold visual statement. This combination of materials and finishes transforms this office bathroom into a stylish and distinctive space, far from ordinary.
