Midway Highlands Modern Bathroom Remodel

Homeowner Desired Outcome

This entire home in Midway Highlands had been renovated except the hall bathroom. The existing space was quite narrow and had two awkwardly placed closets that did not work for the family. The bathroom needed to work both as a kids’ bathroom as well as a guest bath, so a dual vanity was an essential requirement for the renovation, along with an improved layout.

Our Creative Solution

To create enough room to add a dual vanity, Blackline integrated an adjacent closet and borrowed some square footage from an existing closet to the space. The new modern vanity includes stained walnut flat panel cabinets and is topped with white Quartz and matte black fixtures.

The placement of the tub/shower and toilet was reworked to improve privacy, and a wall of much needed open shelving was added for plenty of storage options.

Additional modern touches for this renovation include Daltile matte black hexagon field tile flooring, white subway tile for the tub/shower, and black and gold globe scones above the vanity.
