Homeowner Desired Outcome

The existing bathroom had a poor layout and didn’t function for the client’s lifestyle. The homeowners hated the pedestal sink and the door into the bathroom opened into the bathroom making the access to the bathroom awkward and limited its functionality.

Our Creative Solution

We completely reconfigured the bathroom layout to include a deep soaking tub/shower, more privacy for the toilet, and a new vanity cabinet with seated vanity area. Updated fixtures and finishes throughout the bathroom included Waterworks faucets and patterned concrete floor tiles. The transitional feel of the space was designed to compliment the modern and traditional features of the home.
