Homeowner Desired Outcome

The homeowners aimed to expand their 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with a 520 SF addition. This addition would include a new bedroom, closet, bathroom, and office space to accommodate their growing family and provide dedicated areas for their children.

OUR CREATIVE SOLUTION

Initially planning for a detached structure, we found the backyard was on a flood plain, making this impractical. Collaborating with our architect and engineer, we created an alternative design that exceeded their expectations. The final layout perfectly fit their needs and desires, despite deviating from the original plan.

For the bathroom, the homeowners wanted a bold, moody ambiance. We selected vibrant and playful tiles to achieve this look, creating a striking and unique space.
