This Lakewood home lacked character and cohesion, which didn’t align with the client’s creative spirit. As an artist, she values color, texture, and patterns and wanted her home to reflect that throughout, while maintaining a cleaner, more streamlined look.

In addition to the kitchen needing an upgrade, the primary and girls’ bathrooms had inefficient layouts that didn’t suit their lifestyle, and the outdated finishes needed a modern refresh.

The goal was to transform the home into a vibrant, functional space that celebrates the client’s artistic vision while enhancing the flow and usability of key areas.

Our Creative Solution

For this project, we reimagined and upgraded four bathrooms to enhance functionality, flow, and personality while adding thoughtful details throughout.

• Primary Bath: We reconfigured the layout for better efficiency and visual appeal. A luxurious wet room was added, along with two full vanities along the same wall for a cohesive look and improved functionality. Additional storage was incorporated to keep the space organized and streamlined.
• Girls’ Bath: Originally divided into two separate vanity rooms, we transformed this space into a functional and stylish Jack and Jill bathroom. By improving the flow between the girls’ rooms, we created a space that’s both practical and full of personality, featuring unique hardware and materials tailored to their tastes.
• Downstairs Bath: This space received a fresh update with a new vanity and a cleaner, more modern look. While the layout remained intact, the refreshed finishes elevated the room’s overall style.
• Powder Bath: We turned this bathroom into a standout feature of the home with bold wallpaper, playful colors, and eye-catching textures and patterns. The mix of fun materials added personality, creating a vibrant and memorable space.

Throughout all four bathrooms, we incorporated unique and interesting tilework, distinctive hardware, and thoughtful design choices, resulting in spaces that are both functional and visually striking.
