Homeowner Desired Outcome

This Greenland Hills homeowner had several goals for their master bathroom remodel: add a double vanity to the master bathroom, as well as give it a fresh, updated look and feel and improve the inadequate laundry room.

Our Creative Solution

Because the laundry room and master bath were next to each other, Blackline was able to reconfigure both spaces to maximize efficiency. After eliminating two small closets and reworking both spaces, a new laundry room now includes a much-needed utility sink and a dedicated folding area.

The master bath now includes a beautiful furniture style dual vanity topped with gorgeous Volakas marble. The open shower is surrounded by white Daltile Rittenhouse square subway tile with Kohler shower fixtures.

Soft gray walls, crown molding, a wood wrapped mirror, and white Daltile Keystone 1″ hexagon tile flooring round out this lovely bathroom renovation.
