Greenland Hills Luxurious Laundry Room Renovation

Homeowner Desired Outcome

Originally this laundry space was only about the width of the doorway and had a small recess near the back door for a stacked washer/dryer unit. The homeowners wanted to create a more functional laundry space and mudroom area.

Our Creative Solution

For this remodel we relocated the wall between the laundry area and the master bathroom to increase the space of the laundry room. A side-by-side washer dryer configuration with a sink area, and full-height mudroom storage cabinetry are installed along one wall. We relocated the wall enough to allow for installation of a dog door so the homeowners dog had easy access to the back deck/backyard.
