Operations Manager

Meet Jennifer Holloway, our Operations Manager. Jennifer found her place at Blackline Renovations in 2011 shortly after graduating from Texas A&M in College Station, immediately applying her excellent spatial reasoning skills and outstanding attention to detail as our resident designer and estimator. Lucky for every client working with Blackline Renovations, in addition to design, Jennifer is responsible for reviewing every design-build project from budgeting through construction including creating and managing all budgets, estimates, proposals, contracts, change orders, material orders, and deliveries, and all subcontractor paperwork to ensure our projects are running smoothly. Blending her love of design with her strong attention to detail, you are assured of working with a wonderful “gatekeeper” who ensures no detail is overlooked.

When she isn’t working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends and family. As a mother of two, her nights and weekends are currently filled with adventures to the park, museums, swimming lessons, etc. She is an avid sports fan, following both the Texas A&M Aggies and Dallas Cowboys, and if time permits she will also sneak in a few sets of tennis!
