Bailey Nutt

Design Director

Bailey graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2021 and relocated to Dallas. With over two years of experience in the industry, she joined Blackline Renovations in 2023.

In her role, Bailey plays a crucial part in designing and managing construction projects. Her responsibilities include guiding clients in their material selections, organizing client meetings for design adjustments, maintaining drawing and submittal logs, and overseeing our social media and marketing efforts.

With a deep passion for construction and design, and a keen eye for detail, Bailey is dedicated to assisting homeowners in creating spaces they adore and are excited to live in, helping them achieve their dream home.

When Bailey isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves traveling and skiing in the winter and going to the beach in the summer. Her favorite way to spend a weekend is with her loved ones on the lake.
