The University Park transitional home featured here is just one of the firm’s award-winning renovations. Blackline Renovations transformed this cramped and gloomy interior into a well-lit and spacious home. An open floor layout was made to promote a larger area and for natural light to penetrate the entire home. To give a more refreshed look, the firm applied color combinations of white, blue, brown, and hints of gold for an upscale finish. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) awarded this home with the 2020 Regional CotY Awards. “
